·       We have a 15 acre lot with Shelter, hills and trees. An 8 acre lot with Shelter and hills for excellent drainage.

Stall Boarding: $450.00 a month.

12x14 stalls are $475.00 a month

This includes: Hay ~ grain ~ as many supplements needed supplied by you and Sunscreen applications.

Stalled horses are taken care of the way you want it! No questions asked! Want them to have a peppermint / carrots everyday (supplied by you) then that's what they will have.

·       Feeding three times a day. We feed to the horse’s individual needs.

·       12 x 12 box stalls and 12 x 14 stalls

·       Automatic Waterers

·       Daily turnouts in 60 x 60 paddocks. One horse per paddock. Or put out in 2.5 pasture with other stalled horses. All of my clients do this.

·       Day turnouts and night turnouts

Other amenities … Regular arena watering and harrowing. On going investment in to the facility.
